At murdermystery.pk, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion choices. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return or exchange your items within 7 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Contact our customer support team via WhatsApp or email with your order number and photos of the item you wish to return.

  Quality Inspection

  Ensure the apparel is unworn, unwashed, and still has all original tags attached to qualify for a successful return process.

  Package & Ship

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging and ship them back to our warehouse address provided by our support team.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 3 to 5 business days via your original payment method.
